Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we're committed to making telehealth counselling accessible and stress-free. That's why we offer a generous cancellation policy.


No Cancellation Fees!


Here's how it works:

- Provide at least 1 business day's notice (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm) to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

- Simply contact us via phone, email, or our Client Portal before 9 am the day before your appointment.

- If you need to cancel outside office hours, leave a message, send an email, or use our Client Portal.

We trust our clients to respect our policy and provide sufficient notice. In return, we won't charge you any cancellation fees!

Important note: If you miss or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice for three appointments, we may need to reassess our services for you.
